Refund policy

All sales at The Pit Lane are final.

Because every product in our store is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello.thepitlane@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or full refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be accepted.

What Is Not Covered

- Change of mind or buyer's remorse

- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or modification

- Minor cosmetic variations between product images and the physical item — every handmade product is unique and slight natural variations are expected and intentional

- Delivery delays within the stated production window communicated at the time of purchase

- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

Chargebacks By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Any chargeback filed outside of the conditions listed above will be disputed with full documentation of this policy, your order confirmation, and delivery confirmation.
